Alfa Laval in Ronneby is one of our largest production units with approximately 420 employees. Here, we produce heat exchangers for, among other things, heat pumps, district heating, cooling systems, and data centers – an area that is growing rapidly in line with the global AI and energy transition.

Responsibilities and Duties

Do you want to lead and develop digitalization in a complex production environment where IT and OT meet?

In the role of IT/OT Manager responsible for Production Digitalization, you hold a central position in ensuring stable operations while driving development and digitalization in production. You are responsible for a business-critical environment encompassing IT, OT, ERP, and production-proximate systems. You lead a team of approximately 16 specialists and have overall responsibility for both daily delivery and long-term development. The assignment ranges from handling incidents and prioritizing operations to initiating and implementing improvements in systems, working methods, and processes.

The role involves creating the right conditions for the team to succeed through clear priorities, present leadership, and a strong focus on collaboration. The environment is characterized by a high pace and many dependencies, where the ability to balance operational needs with strategic development is crucial. You will work closely with the business and serve as a link between production, technology, and global functions. Responsibilities also include vendor management, requirement specification, and coordination of external partners, as well as driving issues within IT/OT security and network stability.

• Ensure stable operation of production systems, OT networks, and IT/OT environments
• Drive digitalization and improvement initiatives in production
• Manage vendor relationships and collaborate with external partners
• Work with IT/OT security and continuity planning (DRP)

The role requires that you have

• A technical university degree
• Management experience from technical operations (e.g., IT, OT, automation, or production technology)
• Experience from industrial operations / production environments

Experience with business or production systems such as ERP or D365 is considered an asset.
